In 2018 Billericay Beer Festival moved to a NEW VENUE at Hannakins Farm Community Centre, Rosebay Avenue, Billericay, CM12 0SY. If you are not sure where to find this, then see the directions below or use Google Maps to locate West Billericay Community Centre Ltd by following this link – Google Map directions DO NOT search for Hannakins Farm, it will take you to the wrong place which is a 30 minute walk away.
By Rail
Billericay is located on the Liverpool St.-Southend Victoria line, trains run approx every 20 mins on most days. Hannakens Farm Community Centre or West Billericay Community Association to give its proper title is approximately 25 minutes walk from the station. On leaving the station turn left into Radford way. Walk past the station Car Park this should be on your Left. At the Roundabout Keep to the right and take the 1st Exit on your Right into Perry Street. As you enter Perry St. cross at the pedestrian crossing, and continue along Perry St, to the next Roundabout. Take the 1st exit to the left into Rosebay Avenue. Continue on Rosebay Avenue for approx. 0.5 miles and the Community Centre will be on your Left. Note Mayflower taxis (01277 6230000 or 1277 624000) and Swift Cabs (01277 757575) are located just outside the station and can take you to the Centre. At weekends there is frequently engineering work with a bus replacement service, for the latest information at Great Anglia –http://www.abelliogreateranglia.co.uk/travel-information/service-alterations – the latest information we have is the trains will be stopping at Shenfield on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a bus replacement service to Southend, first stop Billericay.
By Bus
Billericay is served by several bus routes operated by First. Many of them stop at the station so follow the same directions as above. Some stop in the High Street and you can turn left out of the High Street over the footbridge by the Rail Station into Radford Way, again follow same directions as above.
A No.12 bus Operated by Stephensons of Essex operates between the Rail Station stand A to Arlington way which is literally a 2min walk from the Centre. But unfortunately the Last bus from the Station is 18.07 and 18:13 to the Station and there is no service on a Sunday. so we suggest outside the running of the Bus Route, you will either have to walk or call a Cab as above

By Road
Obviously don’t want you to drink and drive but we do have car park situated in the grounds of the Community Centre.
From Brentwood/M25(North)
Note there is a height restriction of 13’3″ on this route.
Leave the M25 at the junction with the A12 (J28) and continue down the A12 towards Chelmsford until you reach the next exit (Mountnessing / Ingatestone). At the roundabout take the first exit (turn left). You will then come across a mini roundabout where you should take the second exit (Hutton). Continue along this route until you reach a mini-roundabout at the end of Wash Road. Turn left here. You are now on the road to Billericay. On entering Billericay (you will see a welcome sign on your left) immediately after the Welcome Sign turn left into Mountnessing Road, Proceed to the roundabout and exit on the 2nd Exit (straight across) into Perry Street, continue to the Next roundabout and take the 1st exit into Rosebay Avenue. Continue on Rosebay Avenue for approx. 0.5 miles and the Centre will be on your Left.
From Basildon/A127/M25 (South)
From the M25 (J29) take the A127 to the Basildon/Billericay (A176) turn-off, (junction after the Old Fortune of War roundabout). Take second exit at roundabout (Billericay is signposted). Then straight over (2nd exit) at the next roundabout. Continue along that road until you enter Billericay. At the first roundabout take the first available exit. At the next roundabout (with Billericay School on your left) go straight over (1st exit). At yet another roundabout!, turn left into the one-way system. Keep in the left-hand lane and go straight over roundabout. At first set of lights, Continue over the lights and filter into the Right turn Lane to turn right into Mountnessing Road, Proceed to the roundabout and exit on the 2nd Exit (straight across) into Perry Street, continue to the Next roundabout and take the 1st exit into Rosebay Avenue. Continue on Rosebay Avenue for approx. 0.5 miles and the Centre will be on your Left.
From Wickford
Take the A129 to Billericay. Follow road all the way into Billericay to one-way system. Keep in the left-hand lane and go straight over roundabout. At first set of lights, , Continue over the lights and filter into the Right turn Lane to turn right into Mountnessing Road, Proceed to the roundabout and exit on the 2nd Exit (straight across) into Perry Street, continue to the Next roundabout and take the 1st exit into Rosebay Avenue. Continue on Rosebay Avenue for approx. 0.5 miles and the Centre will be on your Left.
From Southend
Take A127 to Basildon/Billericay (A176) turn-off. Turn left at first roundabout going under A127. Follow directions as per from Basildon.
From Chelmsford
Take the B1007 to Billericay going through Stock. Follow road until you come to the edge of Billericay 1st Roundabout turn Right taking the 3rd Exit into Queens Park Avenue Continue on Queens Park Avenue to the next Roundabout and turn Right taking the 3rd exit into Rosebay. Continue on Rosebay Avenue for approx. 0.5 miles and the Centre will be on your Left.
