Senior Citizens Matinee

On Sunday 19 September 2021, Billericay Lions were delighted to welcome local residents to our free Sunday afternoon Senior Citizens event.

Our guests very much enjoyed our chosen film, “Singin in the rain”. For many, this was their first proper outing since Covid.

During the interval the audience were served tea, coffees and cakes while being entertained by the Phoenix Flames Orchestra, part of Brentwood’s Orchestras for Young Musicians, a talented orchestra of 10-14 years old.
