Soap Box Derby
On Sunday 3rd May 2026, members of the Billericay Lions Club were once again out in force supporting the Mayflower Rotary Club at their hugely popular Soap Box Derby event.
As in previous years, Lions members were stationed at the Southern Gilmour Rise entrance, where they helped welcome visitors, check tickets, and assist with admissions throughout the day.
The Lions were delighted to play a small part in such a fantastic community event, helping to create a fun, friendly, and enjoyable day for families and visitors from across the local area. Events like these are a great example of local organisations working together to support and strengthen our community.
