Our Story

On Tuesday, 24th April 1979, at the Heybridge Moat House, Ingatestone, at a general business meeting of the Host Club Brentwood Lions, the induction of the newly formed Billericay Lions Club took place.

The official presentation of the Club charter took place on Thursday, 31st May 1979, in the Grand Suite of the Heybridge Moat House, Ingatestone.
