Defibrillator for Essex Wildlife Trust

Lion President Mike Conway presented a life saving defibrillator to Sarah Warner, Assistant Centre Manager at Hanningfield.

One of our Lion members, Ian Armstrong pictured left, also volunteers at Essex Wildlife Trust. Ian brought the request for a defibrillator to our community service committee who were delighted to recommend our club sponsor the purchase.

Due to the remoteness of Essex Wildlife Trust’s Hanningfield Reserve and the large number of visitors, many with disabilities or special needs, this defibrillator could be a life saver.
