Samaritans Donation
Recently our members agreed to donate £300 to the Samaritans to support the good works that Basildon Samaritans and the 70 volunteers carry out at the Branch.
The Branch has running costs of £15,000 per year and are active in Billericay and participate at various Summer and Christmas Fairs.
This is the 2nd year running that Billericay Lions have supported the Samaritans and we are proud to support the good works that they do – bringing hope when there is despair.
