Senior Citizens Concert | Billericay Lions

Billericay Lions held their annual senior citizens concert at Emmanuel Church, Billericay 21st September 2019.

The audience was entertained by three high quality acts:

Paul Fowler
A Kent based young professional Magician/ Mind Reader/Hypnotist and a Member of the Magic Circle.

seniors concert — Kirstie, Christie, and Pedro Trio Based at Chelmsford they sung songs form West End Shows and Opera.

senior concert — **The Law** A Billericay based 2 Piece Vocal & Guitar Group who sung songs form the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and some more recent songs.

Audience feedback was very positive. A number of the audience were in tears during the 2nd act “Pedro’s voice was so beautiful”. And during the Law’s act there was much waving of arms and singing along.

Lions and Lions Ladies served tea, coffee and biscuits during the interval. After the event, anyone needing a lift was driven home.

We do get good attendance from regulars especially groups coming from retirement properties. However there are probably still many senior citizens living in Billericay who are unaware of this annual concert.
